Description: Veligandu is a beautiful island surrounded by sugar white sandy beaches with an 80 metre sandbank at one end. The house reef makes for excellent snorkelling. The resort is of traditional Maldivian design and has high standards of service by its friendly staff.

Accommodation: Superior Bungalows have air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safety deposit box, CD player, hairdryer and a semi open air bathroom. They have a private patio or sundeck ideal for sunbathing. Deluxe Bungalows are partially located over water and additionally come with a sundeck with steps direct to the water. Water Villas are located in the lagoon and come with a large bedroom with a sitting area. Deluxe Water Villas are more spacious and have a semi open air bathroom.

 

Dining and Entertainment: Sand floor restaurant; Thatched lagoon-side bar; Evening entertainment including Bodu Beru cultural dance shows.

 

Recreational Facilities: PADI Dive Centre caters for scuba diving and snorkelling, windsurfing and catamaran sailing and night fishing. Land activities include the fitness centre, volleyball and badminton. The Serena Spa facilities include massage and beauty therapies.
